About the Role
Programme start date: September 2027. Our award-winning graduate programme provides the ideal springboard for an exciting and meaningful career in global financial markets. Join one of our flagship trading services – London Stock Exchange, LSEG FX, Tradeweb, Turquoise – or LCH, our global leading multi-asset clearing house. As a graduate, you will join LSEG’s Markets division on a 12-month rotational programme, gaining exposure across Capital Markets and Post Trade businesses. You will help customers across the trade life cycle, ensuring compliance and efficiency in clearing and reporting obligations, while granting access to diverse liquidity pools across various asset classes, fostering growth for customers, communities, and economies worldwide. The dynamic environment requires both instant reaction and long-term vision.

Graduates will have opportunities to work in areas such as FX customer solutions, global market research and analysis, business intelligence, strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and risk monitoring and analysis. You will contribute as an individual and as part of a team, developing specialist skills and assisting the product lifecycle. Placement within the business will be aligned with your skills and interests.

Highlights of the Graduate Programme include a 12-month development journey to build foundational skills, global and divisional inductions, participation in group projects aligned to LSEG goals, a mid-point skills offsite called ‘Ignite’, access to industry-recognized qualifications with study days, and connection to a global early careers community. Graduates join on a permanent basis and are aligned to one team from day one, enabling development within a secure framework.

We offer a comprehensive benefits portfolio designed to support the financial, emotional, and physical wellbeing of employees and their families. Benefits include annual wellness allowance, employee assistance programme, private medical insurance, optional dental insurance, gym membership and discounts, life insurance, income protection, pension, and access to retail discounts through MyOffers. We support hybrid working with three days in the office and flexible working arrangements.

Join us and be part of a team that values innovation, quality, and continuous improvement. LSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider with a purpose to drive financial stability, empower economies, and enable customers to create sustainable growth. Our culture is built on values of Integrity, Partnership, Excellence, and Change. We are proud to be an equal opportunities employer committed to diversity, inclusion, sustainability, and community engagement through our LSEG Foundation.
