As the CAMHS Specialist Practitioner, you will work four days per week at the GP youth clinic sites, leading and supporting the development of the GP Youth clinic, bridging positive partnership and communication. Post-holder needs to work flexibly to meet the need for clinic time.Working with referred young people and seeing young people on a drop-in basis in the GP youth clinic. At the CWP team you will be responsible for leading and supervising a small team of Children Wellbeing Practitioner team and trainees as well as playing an important role in managing the delivery of the three functions of the CWP: Sharing triage duty and screening incoming referrals for clinical suitability for the Children Wellbeing Practitioner team. Supporting the senior mental health lead in supporting trainees and qualified CWPs' clinical work, ensuring the quality of care and safeguarding risks. Alliance with other internal and external colleagues from other services, working in a multidisciplinary team in a diverse community.
