Average 42 hours per week on a 2 week rolling rota, including some weekends. 12 hour shifts from 8pm to 8am. 4 nights in week one, 3 nights in week two.

About the Role
Join our multi-award-winning organisation as a Night Care Assistant and become a vital part of our dedicated Care team. This role involves delivering high-quality care services within our Care Homes to ensure residents live meaningful lives and feel involved in their community. You will assist residents with personal care, food and drink, and medication administration. Supporting residents in all activities of daily living, you will promote their wellbeing, choice, independence, and dignity. Additionally, you will provide companionship and encouragement by engaging with residents and supporting recreational activities.

Experience
Previous experience in care is beneficial but not essential. Willingness to learn and undertake all aspects of care is required.

About you
Compassionate and naturally caring, with integrity and respect for residents. Able to work shifts including evenings and weekends. Committed to supporting the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.

Qualifications
Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care preferred or willingness to be trained.
