Key duties: - Provide exceptional customer service, accurate information, and support tailored to meet the staff and client needs. - Ensure policies and procedures comply with CQC regulations and work to achieve the best care standards. - Produce staff rotas on a monthly-basis and manage staff cover during absences. - Participate in the out of hours emergency on-call rota. - Conduct and maintain client risk assessments and care plans.
