You will spend your whole shift with one person, providing focused, meaningful support without travelling between sites.

We offer opportunities to gain qualifications in Health and Social Care and clear career progression pathways. Additional benefits include paid annual holiday leave, pension scheme entitlement, Blue Light membership discounts, DBS certificate payment and Update Service reimbursement, a refer-a-friend bonus scheme, confidential employee assistance helpline, online employee portal, employee feedback surveys, and staff recognition.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care and toileting needs, supporting daily routines and encouraging independence, providing companionship and emotional support, helping with household tasks and meal preparation, supporting attendance at appointments and community activities, and administering medication when required.
Experience
Experience working with people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour is advantageous but not essential as full training is provided.
About you
A caring and empathetic nature with good communication skills and a genuine desire to support others. Basic IT and record-keeping skills are required. A full UK driving licence is advantageous.
