About the Role

As a Care Support Assistant, you will join a friendly and dedicated team supporting a client in the London KT3 area. You will spend your entire shift with one person, providing focused and meaningful support without travelling between sites. You will receive full training to help you thrive in your role and gain confidence in delivering quality care. Your responsibilities will include assisting with ventilation, supporting daily routines and encouraging independence, providing companionship and emotional support, helping with household tasks and meal preparation, supporting attendance at appointments and community activities, and administering medication when required. Experience
Previous experience is helpful but not essential as full training is provided.

Qualifications
