About the Role
We are recruiting for an experienced multi-skilled Carpenter with a background in social housing or local authority environments. You will undertake carpentry and other trade repairs and maintenance work, delivering high quality, ‘right first time’, and cost-effective building services to the business and its customers. You will conduct work in accordance with current legislation, British Standards, Codes of Practice, safe systems of work, and recognised industrial standards, ensuring minimal damage to the fabric of the property. A full driving licence is required as you will be provided with a company van for work hours. Experience
Proven experience as a multi-skilled Carpenter, ideally within social housing or local authority settings. Ability to undertake associated trade tasks within competency.
Qualifications
NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent in carpentry or related trade is essential.

Reliable and skilled tradesperson with a commitment to delivering high quality workmanship. Ability to work safely and in compliance with legislation and standards. Full UK driving licence required. Enthusiastic about contributing to a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
