As a Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers secure their financial needs. You will be responsible for packaging loan applications, guiding customers through the application process, and ensuring a best-in-class experience.

Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing, evaluating and packaging secured loan applications to ensure completeness and accuracy, resulting in the payout of a case.
- Verifying customer information, including income, employment, credit history, and property details.
- Preparing and processing loan documents, including loan agreements and disclosures.
- Conducting thorough due diligence of customer applications and ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained.
- Communicating with lenders and other relevant parties to resolve discrepancies or issues during the loan process.
- Liaising directly with customers by explaining and completing the application process in accordance with Compliance and Training & Competence Procedures.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, keeping them fully informed throughout the process.
- Meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with administrators and advisors to support customer applications.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry regulations and lender criteria to provide informed guidance.
- Playing a key role in continuous innovation of best-in-class customer experience by suggesting and implementing new ideas and processes.
Experience
Knowledge of secured loans is desirable but not essential. Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment is advantageous.
