About the Role
Join our team and make a difference at Lift Aylward. As a Casual Community Lettings Assistant, you will help ensure our school facilities are used safely and effectively by community groups and other organisations outside of normal school hours. You will support the smooth running of lettings during evenings, weekends and school holidays, providing a welcoming and professional service to our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include managing bookings, delivering excellent customer service, working independently with minimal supervision, ensuring facilities are left clean and secure, and responding to any issues or queries that arise during lettings, escalating where appropriate.

Lift Aylward is a vibrant 11–18 learning community located in the heart of Edmonton, North London, serving over 1,000 students in a richly diverse environment. We pride ourselves on an inclusive ethos that supports every young person to achieve and thrive.

Experience
No specific experience required, but reliability and organisational skills are essential.
