Advance is seeking Casual Support Workers in Hackney, E5 to support customers with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, or mental health conditions to live the lives they choose. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care and hygiene (if required), medication administration (if required), meal preparation and cooking support, attending medical appointments, supporting social activities, fostering independent skills, domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry, maintaining accurate records and care plans, ensuring premises safety during the night, and supporting meal times and regular safety checks.

Experience
No previous experience in care or support is required. What matters most are your values, passion, and determination to make a difference in the lives of people with autism or learning disabilities.

- Ability to complete quality support records in line with individual needs and organisational policies
- Ability to maintain accurate and confidential records
- Willingness and ability to work weekends
- Ability to follow Support Plans and Risk Assessments
- Literate and numerate in English
- Computer literate with confidence using digital systems for care documentation
- Willingness and ability to achieve the Care Certificate
