About the Role
Aramark UK is recruiting a Catering Assistant to join the team at Waltham Forest College. This role involves preparing and serving food, snacks, and beverages to customers in a professional and friendly manner. You will provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and enquiries. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across hospitality areas, kitchens, and function rooms is essential. You will also set up meeting and event rooms with refreshments, catering items, and required equipment, clear tables, collect used crockery and glassware, wash and return serving equipment, monitor and replenish stock levels, and support the smooth day-to-day operation of hospitality services while ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. Full training is provided to support your success in this role. Experience
Customer service experience is beneficial but not essential. A friendly and personable demeanour with the ability to handle complaints and ensure guest satisfaction is required.
