About the Role

As a Catering Assistant with ISS UK, you will be at the heart of the action, playing a key role in our catering operation. You’ll assist with the preparation, presentation, service, and cleaning of the site to meet both the company’s standards and the client’s satisfaction. Your commitment to excellence will help ensure our customers enjoy high-quality food and an outstanding service experience, all while maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness, safety, and teamwork.

The Role includes:
- Assisting with all aspects of food service preparation and presentation as directed
- Serving customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Leading and providing food and beverages at service counters, ensuring sufficient supplies throughout service periods
- Handling cash transactions accurately, charging current prices, and reconciling takings where required
- Keeping restaurant tables and service areas clean, well-stocked, and replenished during service times
- Maintaining a clean and tidy immediate working area at all times
- Working as part of a motivated and passionate team
- Delivering the highest standard of customer care

Experience
Catering experience is preferred but not essential. A positive, can-do attitude is essential.
