About the Role
We are looking for a confident and proactive Mail and Porterage Team Leader to join ISS UK. In this role, you will lead and support our Logistics and Porterage team, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, efficient service at all times. Acting as a key point of contact between ISS, clients, and internal teams, you will provide effective leadership, maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, and help develop and motivate your team to achieve operational excellence.

Your responsibilities will include leading, coaching, and supporting all staff within the Logistics Department, ensuring clear direction and guidance. You will maintain and enhance effective relationships with colleagues, visitors, tenants, and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with services. You will assist the Soft Services Manager in creating, maintaining, and producing the weekly Logistics rota and oversee training and development for Placemakers to ensure all required training is delivered.

Maintaining a healthy, safe, and secure working environment in line with legislation and company policies is essential. You will support the Soft Services Manager with operational requirements, incidents, complaints, and investigations. Additionally, you will produce monthly cost reports for courier and postage services and oversee and support Logistics Administration, including processing and monitoring Work Orders (Tririga) and covering duties during absences.

Experience
Proven experience leading and motivating teams, with the ability to work on your own initiative. Strong client liaison, negotiation, and communication skills are essential. Experience in producing reports and maintaining accurate documentation is required.
