About the Role
As a Porter/Mover, you will support the Logistics Supervisor or Team Leader by ensuring the effective coordination and delivery of a high-quality, efficient logistics, mail, and porterage service. This dual role involves primary responsibility for mailroom and porterage duties, while also providing support to the daily cleaning team as part of the overall operational regime. The position requires flexibility, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting both logistics and cleaning operations.

Your key responsibilities will include managing the loading bay, recording all deliveries, and operating the x-ray machine safely; receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages; preparing and dispatching outgoing mail in line with postal schedules; supporting internal office moves, meeting room setups, and equipment relocations; assisting contractors, couriers, and delivery personnel while maintaining site security and safety compliance; undertaking daily cleaning and housekeeping tasks to maintain hygiene and presentation standards; supporting the cleaning team with waste removal, washroom upkeep, and replenishing consumables; communicating effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and clients to ensure smooth daily operations; demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and respect in all interactions; and upholding confidentiality and data protection requirements at all times.

Experience
Experience in logistics, mailroom, or porterage operations is preferred.
