About the Role
Do you have a passion for maintaining a safe and clean workplace? Do you enjoy leading a team and providing excellent customer service? As a Cleaning Supervisor with ISS UK, you will play a key part in delivering a world class housekeeping service, maintaining the highest quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues. You will plan, organise and co-ordinate service activities to meet planned performance targets. You will generate cleaning schedules for your team and deliver the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility. Your duties will include providing a range of general cleaning services such as offices, meeting rooms, toilets, showers, vacuuming, wet and dry mopping. You will ensure all chemical and cleaning solutions are used correctly and maintain a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety regulations. Reporting any dangers, near misses or hazards to your manager is also part of your role. Strong leadership and a passion for customer service are essential to inspire your team and set high standards.

Experience
Relevant experience in cleaning and supervision of cleaning procedures is required.
