About the Role
You will work within the CCTV Control Room as part of a 24/7 shift rota. You will respond to out-of-hours emergency calls on behalf of the Council and provide proactive on-street surveillance using control room technology to prevent crime, disorder, and anti-social behaviour in the Borough.

This role involves communicating tasking requests to frontline officers and out-of-hours services, recording all calls and taskings on CRM, reviewing CCTV digital material, issuing copies and statements for court, and acting as a Disclosure Officer.

Good communication and customer service skills are essential for handling difficult calls and managing sensitive situations effectively.
