The post holder will integrate with the technical & scientific laboratory team and will take direction from the Service Delivery Managers and Departmental Lead in supporting operational processes for ESEL sites. The successful candidate will be based at Royal London Hospital but as service demand dictates work at broader ESEL Pathology Partnership locations will be required. The department provides a 24/7 service and the successful candidate will be required to participate in the shift system to cover early, late, weekend and bank holiday rosters. Some night duties may also be required. Cross site working will be required and the successful applicant will be required to work at any of our NHS Pathology Partnership sites.
