About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Children Social Worker to join a Child in Need Team within a family safeguarding children's service. This passionate team focuses on protecting children and young people, managing cases transferred from DAAT at the initial child protection conference or child in need meeting. The team offers a supportive in-house structure with regular supervision to ensure ongoing professional development and effective case management. Parking is available nearby or onsite, and hybrid working arrangements allow for working from home.

Experience
A minimum of 3 years permanent experience in Local Authority based Social Work is essential. Experience working in Front Door, Children in Need, or Child Protection teams is required.

About you
You will be committed to safeguarding children and young people, able to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment. A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.

Qualifications
A recognised social work qualification is mandatory (Degree/DipSW/CQSW).
