About the Role
We are looking for a Children's Advanced Practitioner to join a Locality Team. This position is responsible for holding a smaller than usual number of cases that are more complex in nature. The team works openly and collaboratively with children, parents, and families to achieve the best outcomes during Referral and Assessment, Child in Need, or Child Protection plans. Due to the experience level required, providing advice and guidance to less experienced Social Workers in the team is part of the role, although it does not involve formal supervisory responsibilities.

Experience
Experience working as an Advanced Practitioner or similar in a Locality Team is essential.

About you
You must have a degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualified permanent experience. A valid UK driving licence and a car are preferred but not essential.

Qualifications
A Social Work Qualification is required.
