About the Role
We are looking for a Social Worker to join a Children in Need Team. This role requires a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in a permanent contract. The team involves working with children to identify if and when they are unable to safely live at home and intervening according to the child's circumstance. The team provides help to promote the welfare of the children in need so that they maintain a reasonable standard of health and development. Strengthening protective practices to reduce risk and ensuring the child is at the centre of all assessments, plans and reviews is key to why this team creates such positive outcomes.

Experience
