About the Role
We are looking for a Children's Social Worker to join a Referral and Assessment Team. This role requires a Social Work qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience in permanent contracts. The team is responsible for completing S17, S47 and other relevant child and family assessments to provide short term intervention for children and families to avoid further escalation to child protection services. The team is motivated to make effective decisions based on face to face visits, which is key to ensuring the best outcomes for each child. This team works in a fast paced environment and prioritises preventative and restorative practice with each and every case they deal with.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years post qualified experience in a children's frontline setting.

About you
You will be an enthusiastic and committed Social Worker with substantial knowledge in a children's frontline setting. The ability to work in a fast paced environment is key to the success of this role.

Qualifications
A degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) is essential.
