About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join a Children in Need Team. This role involves working closely with children to assess their safety and wellbeing, determining if they can safely remain at home or require intervention. The team focuses on promoting the welfare of children in need to ensure they maintain a reasonable standard of health and development. Strengthening protective practices to reduce risk and placing the child at the centre of all assessments, plans, and reviews are key to achieving positive outcomes. Experience
A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in social work, specifically working with children, young people, and their families, is essential. Experience in permanent contracts is required.

Qualifications
