About the Role
This role is for an Assistant Team Manager within an Early Help team focused on providing preventative support to children and families. The team works to stop issues from escalating to the point of requiring child protection intervention. Responsibilities include assessing family needs and concerns, providing direct support where necessary, supporting transitions, supervising a team of practitioners and social workers, and contributing to the ongoing development of the service. Parking is available to support onsite work when required.

Experience
A minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience in social work is essential.

About you
You will be passionate about supporting children in care and helping them achieve the best possible futures. A valid UK driving license and vehicle are not essential but would be advantageous.

Qualifications
A social work qualification is required, such as Degree/DipSW/CQSW.
