About the Role
Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust is one of the UK’s busiest and most successful NHS trusts, providing a wide range of hospital and community services across south London and specialist care nationally. The Trust is home to leading centres including the largest dental school in Europe, a £160 million Cancer Centre, Evelina London Children’s Hospital, and one of the largest critical care units in the UK. It is part of King’s Health Partners and has a strong reputation for clinical excellence, research, and teaching.

As part of the GSTT 2030 strategy, the ‘Improving Together’ programme fosters a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation. The CITI Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in this journey, using data to drive change, build smart monitoring tools, create Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts, and support teams in making data-informed decisions.

You will champion data for improvement approaches, help teams understand impact, track progress, and promote success stories internally and externally. The role involves developing quality metrics, managing databases of good practice, supporting events, and building an improvement culture within the Trust.

The Improving Together team works collaboratively with a focus on reflection and adaptation, creating a supportive environment. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to GSTT’s improvement journey and bring new skills and perspectives to the team.

The interview process includes an assessment centre format with exercises and a traditional interview lasting approximately three hours.
