About the Role
We are seeking 4 dedicated Cleaning Operatives to join the team at Oasis Academy Silvertown. As part of the wider site team, the cleaning team is responsible for delivering high quality, effective cleaning services to ensure a secure, safe and hygienic environment for all building users. Main duties include carrying out cleaning tasks under the general direction of the Cleaning Supervisor, using cleaning materials appropriately and economically, reporting low stock levels, ensuring tools and equipment are maintained and reporting faults, keeping cleaners’ cupboards and lockers tidy, placing cleaning signs in wet or unsafe areas, and undertaking any non-routine cleaning tasks as instructed. Cleaners are required to contribute during the school’s holiday periods and must always adhere to Health & Safety guidelines. Attendance at essential Health and Safety and Safeguarding courses as determined by management is required. Additional duties of a similar level and responsibility may also be assigned as needed.

No specific experience required; willingness to learn and dedication are essential.

Qualifications
