About the Role

As a Cleaning Supervisor with ISS UK, you will play a key part in delivering a world-class housekeeping service, maintaining the highest quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues. In this role, you will provide direction, guidance, and support to your team, ensuring duties are completed to maintain a clean and hygienic environment across patient and non-patient areas of the hospital.

Your responsibilities will include planning, organising, and coordinating cleaning operations to meet financial and performance targets; leading by example with a passion for customer service and strong, inspiring leadership; setting and maintaining high standards for yourself and your team; creating and managing cleaning schedules; delivering an exceptional level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility; carrying out general cleaning duties including offices, meeting rooms, toilets, showers, vacuuming, and mopping; using all cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly; maintaining a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety regulations and company standards; and promptly reporting any hazards, near misses, or safety concerns to your manager.

Experience
Relevant experience in cleaning and supervising cleaning operations is required.
