About the Role
The successful candidate will join a recently expanded Radiation Physics team within the Medical Physics Department at UCLH. The team currently includes 11 clinical scientists, one other technologist, and two in-service clinical scientist STP trainees. Radiation Physics is a motivated, enthusiastic, and friendly group working hard to gain competency across a wide range of subject areas. The team comprises three Radiation Protection Advisers (RPAs), two Radiation Waste Advisers (RWAs), eight Medical Physics Experts (MPEs), and three Local Physics Advisers (LPAs), providing a supportive environment for professional development and career progression. Radiation Physics is located opposite the UCLH Grafton Way Building, home to one of only two NHS Proton Beam Therapy Treatment Centres in the UK. Experience
