Description
The post holder will be required to work flexibly, independently and responsively within a changing environment. Applicants need to be comfortable with outreach and multi-agency joint working and need to have experience in directly working with services users with personality disorder or enduring complex needs. Applicants need to be confident in providing case consultation to staff from a variety of professional backgrounds and have experience of multi-disciplinary team working. The above are core components of the post. Members of the PICT service are typically co-located in person with Children and Family services, and this is an expectation of the role, with the possibility of some flexibility around remote working in discussion with the PICT lead and balancing the needs of the service. We encourage and welcome applications from all sections of the community and are committed to equal opportunities.
