About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Later Living Community Manager to join our West London team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by supporting residents aged 55+ to live independently in a safe, welcoming and thriving community. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a Later Living community, acting as the main point of contact for residents, resolving housing and maintenance issues, promoting wellbeing and community engagement, and ensuring high standards of health, safety and compliance.

Your key responsibilities will include delivering excellent housing management and customer service, supporting residents to maintain their independence and access appropriate services, managing tenancy sign-ups and resident enquiries, monitoring repairs and estate services, identifying and responding to safeguarding and wellbeing concerns, building strong relationships with residents and local agencies, organising community activities, ensuring compliance with health, safety and fire safety requirements, and providing cover across other West London communities when required.

Experience
Experience in housing management, residential services or supporting vulnerable adults is essential.

About you
You are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, knowledgeable about health and safety, safeguarding and risk management, and an effective communicator with strong relationship-building skills. You are able to work independently, manage competing priorities, use good judgement, and are resilient, empathetic and committed to creating positive outcomes for residents. Confidence in using Microsoft Office and case management systems is required.
