About the Role
Peabody is committed to supporting people to live well and independently. We currently have one Team Manager vacancy based in Hackney as a 12-month secondment opportunity. As a Team Manager, you will lead and manage a team of Housing Support Workers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to customers living in our supported housing properties, primarily supporting young people. You will provide guidance, supervision, and development opportunities for your team while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This role focuses on empowering your team, driving performance, and making a meaningful impact on the lives of our customers from day one. Please note that Peabody is not a licensed UK sponsor and cannot offer visa sponsorship for this role.

Experience
- Experience in housing with a strong understanding of statutory and community services
- Background in supporting people with complex needs and trauma, ideally as a senior support worker or team manager
- Proven ability to motivate and manage a team, ensuring high standards of care and support
- Experience of multi-agency working and liaising with statutory organisations
