About the Role
Are you experienced in anti-social behaviour (ASB), community safety or tenancy enforcement? Do you have the confidence to manage complex casework, build strong partnerships and support customers affected by community safety issues? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Community Safety Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering a proactive, customer-focused community safety service. You will manage a varied caseload of ASB and domestic abuse cases, working closely with residents, colleagues, the police, local authorities and legal partners to resolve issues and improve neighbourhood safety.

Key responsibilities include managing a caseload of medium and high-risk ASB and community safety cases to ensure timely and effective resolution; working with residents, partner agencies and legal teams to investigate cases and implement appropriate interventions; preparing legal documentation, witness statements and court papers, and attending hearings where required; providing expert advice and support to colleagues on community safety matters, risk assessments and enforcement options; and building strong partnerships with key stakeholders to prevent and resolve community safety issues and improve outcomes for residents.

When you join Peabody, you become part of a team guided by our values: Be Kind, Do the Right Thing, Love New Ideas, Celebrate Diversity, Keep Our Promises, and Pull Together. We are committed to creating safer communities where residents can thrive, and you will play an important role in helping us achieve that.

This role requires a Basic DBS check and the successful candidate will be required to travel within their designated region as needed. Interviews will be held in person on Wednesday 28th October.
