About the Role
Provide a professional, secure, and well-maintained reception desk, presenting a high standard of service for residents and visitors. Act as the customer champion by delivering a consistent and customer-focused concierge service that achieves high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing high-quality customer service to a variety of residents by diagnosing issues, offering advice, giving instructions, and resolving basic or complex problems. Serve as an effective liaison between residents, estate management, property management teams, and contractors. Coordinate the day-to-day running of the concierge desk and regularly patrol the buildings to ensure safety and uphold cleaning standards. Ensure all risks are promptly dealt with or reported appropriately. Assist the Estate Operations Manager in delivering outstanding estate services while maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of all residents, their guests, and visitors. Work in line with NHG's Placemaking principles—estate management, community, people, and brand—to deliver consistent service to all residents regardless of tenure. Follow and stay up to date with all relevant Notting Hill Genesis and statutory policies and procedures, including health and safety and financial regulations.
Experience
Effective IT skills including MS Office or similar programs to manage databases, reports, and spreadsheets. Experience in customer service roles is advantageous.

Ability to work on your own initiative and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and working with integrity. This role is subject to a basic criminal record check (DBS).
Qualifications
Pending confirmation of legislative changes, this role may require a qualification to demonstrate competence. If not already qualified, there may be an expectation to study towards a professional qualification.
