Consultant Psychiatrist in General Adult Psychiatry
Location
Woolwich
Salary
£105,504 per annum
About the Role
The ADAPT Pathway provides focused, therapeutic interventions to adults residing within the Borough who require care and treatment for anxiety, depression, affective disorders (without psychosis), personality disorders, and trauma. The service aims to be flexible and accessible, offering individuals choice and involvement regarding their treatment. We actively encourage participation in the planning and implementation of care. A personalised care plan will be devised in consultation with the service user and their Carer/family where appropriate. While the Pathways of Care utilises a team approach to the delivery of care, every individual receiving care will be allocated either a health care professional (HCP) or care coordinator. This worker will be responsible for ensuring that care is delivered in accordance with the care/treatment plan, and that the needs of the individual are regularly reviewed, with risks and care plans modified accordingly.
