About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of essential electrical and building safety works across our homes and neighbourhoods. In this role, you will manage the successful delivery of planned and reactive maintenance, compliance servicing, and capital upgrade projects across a variety of electrical disciplines. You will oversee contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure all works are completed to a high standard, on time and within budget. A key responsibility will be delivering Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) remedial works, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements. Your work will directly contribute to the safety and satisfaction of our residents, aligning with Peabody’s values and commitment to excellence.

Experience
- Proven experience managing electrical safety projects
- Practical knowledge of electrical disciplines
- Strong understanding of building safety regulations, particularly for high-rise buildings

Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for site visits
- Excellent IT skills with the ability to use relevant software and systems effectively
