Reporting to a Senior Vice President within the Event Management Group in London, this role supports event strategy by providing project management support and overseeing the execution of events and conferences. Responsibilities include supporting the planning and delivery of a portfolio of firm events, assisting with budgeting, venue and supplier management, project coordination, logistics planning, onsite execution, and post-event reporting and evaluation.

You will build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior colleagues, to support successful event delivery throughout the event lifecycle. Additional duties include managing event budgets, tracking expenses, processing invoices, and supporting post-event reconciliation and reporting to ensure financial accuracy and adherence to approved budgets.

Partnering with stakeholders, you will help develop event messaging and materials that align with the firm's brand and communication objectives. You will provide project coordination support to host teams, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met. Taking ownership of assigned workstreams, you will contribute to the successful delivery of events through proactive planning, organisation, and attention to detail.

Supporting compliance with firm policies, processes, and regulatory requirements is essential to protect the firm's reputation and maintain operational excellence. You will develop knowledge of event management best practices, building expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, budgeting, and event execution.
