About the Role
Are you adaptable, patient, and empathetic with experience working with young people? Do you want to play a vital role in supporting learning and maintaining high standards in the classroom? If so, we'd love you to join us at Lift Tendring.
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll:
- Deliver prepared lesson materials in the absence of the class teacher.
- Maintain a calm, purposeful learning environment in line with our behaviour policy.
- Support students with their work, including those with SEND, liaising with the SENDCO and form tutors where needed.
- Take on wider academy duties, such as supervising students at break and lunchtimes.
