About the Role
This role will lead the strategy and design efforts for the Pet Nutrition-owned part of the digital ecosystem around cPLM. As the DT Senior R&D Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical direction of our digital environment and its connected capabilities, ensuring seamless data flow across the ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with segment and enterprise teams, including the PN cPLM DT Lead, PN cPLM Global Process Owner and their team, Corporate R&D Product Owners, and MGS DT technical teams. While focused on the Pet Nutrition cPLM ecosystem, this role may expand to encompass the entire Pet Nutrition R&D systems landscape.

Key responsibilities include leading the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive technical solutions aligned with business objectives to enable digital transformation. You will develop architecture strategies covering full lifecycle management of solutions, identify and resolve bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and performance issues, and recommend tools and technologies to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability. Partnering with enterprise and solution architects, you will ensure compliance with architectural strategies, policies, data privacy, and security standards. You will also participate in a global community of architects, estimate project timelines and resources, facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, coordinate implementation and validation efforts, contribute to architecture documentation, and develop strategies for system retirement as per the cPLM business case. Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation is essential.

Experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing IT solutions in complex enterprise environments
- Proficiency in SQL, C#, and JavaScript
- Proven leadership in system design efforts and guiding projects through the complete software development lifecycle
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions
- Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with enterprise architecture and solution architecture teams
- Preferred experience in Product Lifecycle Management or R&D-related systems

Qualifications
