About the Role
Hambi Media is the UK’s leading performance creative agency for D2C and e-commerce brands, delivering over £100M worth of performance creative across Meta and TikTok for clients such as Heights, Surreal, 47 Skin, Mindful Chef, and Nutrition Geeks. We combine in-house strategy, production, UGC, and design teams to produce creative that drives growth, not just looks good. As a Creative Project Manager, you will strengthen our middle management layer by leading pods at a higher standard. This role blends client leadership, team management, and delivery ownership. You will oversee a small group of high-value accounts while coaching Account Managers to perform consistently and confidently. You are not just good with clients—you know how to run accounts, lead people, and raise standards.

Experience
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in agency account management
- Proven experience managing or mentoring Account Managers
- Strong understanding of performance creative, UGC, and launch cycles
- Confidence running senior client conversations independently
- Commercial awareness with focus on retention, margin, and growth
