About the Role

We are seeking a Curriculum Team Manager for our Construction teams who will be responsible for the quality of curriculum delivery and development. You will work strategically to motivate both students and staff to achieve at the highest level, ensuring a high-quality learning experience that leads to excellent outcomes and progression.

In this role, you will act as the lead internal verifier for the team, ensuring that internal verification of all awards meets national, awarding body, and College requirements. You will embed the Quality Framework to continually drive improvement across the curriculum.

You will collaborate closely with staff and students, fostering a positive culture that supports growth and excellence. Requirements

Experience
Relevant teaching experience within one or more construction curriculum areas, with extensive knowledge of current developments. Proven experience in course leadership resulting in quality improvement and growth. Experience managing teams and motivating staff to perform at a high level.

Qualifications
Teaching qualification required. Level 3 Assessor Award mandatory; Level 4 Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) Award desirable. Minimum Level 3 qualification related to construction curriculum areas. Considerable trade experience within the relevant construction disciplines.
