£16.99 per hour (Inclusive of a £2.14 per hour store specific location allowance)
About the Role
Join B&Q Jersey as a Customer Advisor and become an expert advisor, inspiration, and guide for customers and their home improvement projects. You will get to know each customer’s needs and provide excellent service while supporting sales, managing stock, setting up displays, and ensuring the store looks its best. You will have opportunities to be trained in paint-mixing and timber cutting, but delivering outstanding customer service will be your primary focus. Please note, applicants must provide valid documentation of entitlement to work in Jersey as issued by the Government of Jersey.

Experience
Enthusiasm for home improvement and customer service is essential. Previous retail or customer-facing experience is advantageous but not required.

Friendly, outgoing, and eager to help others. You enjoy working in a team and are flexible to work on a rota including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays. You are willing to learn new skills and adapt to new technology and ways of working.
