Location
Kilburn, working across Lloyds and Halifax branches within a reasonable distance.
Hours
35 hours per week, including Saturdays. Full-time working pattern.
Salary
£31,132 increasing to £31,882 after 6 months in role. We operate a skill progression framework where you can increase your pay by developing new skills and taking on new activities, with the opportunity to earn up to £38,107 at the highest skill level.
About the Role
Begin your journey in one of our branches, providing face-to-face support to customers. You will learn, grow, and develop within an inclusive organisation with genuine values focused on putting people first and making a difference to customers, businesses, and communities. Over time, opportunities will arise to transition into a range of roles such as helping customers over the phone from home, delivering outstanding service remotely via social media, web-chat, and remote advice video calls.
