About the Role
Hyde is looking for a Data Support Analyst Apprentice to join our Technology team. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in data and technology, gaining hands-on experience while working towards a Level 4 data, digital or technology apprenticeship. As a Data Support Analyst Apprentice, you will support our data, integration and analytics platforms. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will develop practical skills in data investigation, application support and system monitoring, helping the team identify and resolve straightforward data and system issues. You will have protected time for learning and the opportunity to apply your apprenticeship training in a real-world environment.

Key duties include:
- Investigating straightforward application, data and system issues with support from experienced colleagues
- Carrying out routine data checks to identify missing, incorrect or outdated information and discrepancies between systems
- Writing and adapting basic SQL queries to check data and compare records, with guidance
- Monitoring systems and data using dashboards and tools such as Grafana, CloudWatch and AWS while maintaining accurate support tickets
- Helping maintain support guides and building knowledge of Hyde’s data systems, applying learning as skills and confidence develop

Experience
No formal experience required but a genuine interest in data, technology, systems or application support is essential.

About you
- A basic understanding of databases, data concepts or SQL with enthusiasm to develop further
- Logical and analytical approach to problem solving with good attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and willingness to learn tools such as AWS, Grafana and CloudWatch
- Clear communication skills, curiosity and eagerness to learn from experienced colleagues and complete a relevant apprenticeship programme

No specific qualifications required. A positive attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to the apprenticeship are key.
