To administer and manage statistical information using spreadsheets, databases or dedicated information systems ensuring that all information is readily available for presentation and use for statistical returns and reports. To have expert competency in using a range of software tools for data extraction and subsequent analysis and presentation including SystmOne, PowerBI/Tableau, Powerpoint, DET and MS Excel. To possess the technical skills to import and convert data using SystmOne/PowerBI/Tableau/PowerPoint/MS Excel (importing files, sorting data, filtering, pivot tables, calculations using built in functions, producing graphs and tables). To have the technical ability and flexibility to learn new skills should data systems change and evolve over time. To take responsibility for the timely and accurate inputting of clinical data, and to proactively liaises with clinical colleagues to ensure the collection and provision of information. To work with the Sector Manager to produce quarterly reports and a range of other data sets as required. To liaise with colleagues within and outside the Trust, providing accurate data for a range of purposes. To work as a member of the wider ARCH team at ARC Hillingdon. To take responsibility for their own workload and work with minimal supervision
