Hours
Full Time - 37 hours per week, 43 weeks per year (Monday to Friday, 7am - 3pm). You will typically be based at one school in the morning and the other in the afternoon.

Salary
£41,612.72 - £45,531.83 per annum plus well-being cash plan, pension scheme (LGPS), and additional Lift Schools benefits

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and analytical Data Manager to lead and manage data systems across Lift New Rickstones and Lift Maltings schools. You will take responsibility for key data processes and reporting, working closely with senior leaders and central teams to drive improvements in student outcomes, attendance, behaviour, and overall school performance. Lift New Rickstones
Graded 'Good' (November 2023), Lift New Rickstones boasts a state-of-the-art building with excellent facilities for students and staff. The school has experienced significant growth over the last decade, more than doubling its student numbers and expanding its facilities to meet demand. It is a popular, oversubscribed school with a friendly and supportive team, high staff retention rates, and a strong focus on professional development through an extensive CPD programme.
Lift Maltings
Maltings is an 11-16 secondary school with approximately 900 students, located between Chelmsford and Colchester. The school benefits from a purpose-built building constructed in 2011 and excellent transport links to London. Free on-site car parking is available for staff.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience in managing data systems and processes within an educational setting is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and teams to improve school performance are essential.

You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. You have excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in data management, education, or a related field are preferred but not mandatory. A willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and training is expected.
