Ealing Council has an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Manager to join the newly created Innovation and Service Development team within Children’s Services. As a Delivery Manager, you will mobilise and deliver change focused on service improvement, efficiencies, demand management, service design, and innovation. You will manage key transformation projects from planning through to implementation, ensuring effective governance, quality assurance, and risk management. Building and sustaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the council, including senior officers and elected members, will be essential as you collaborate to find solutions to Children’s Services challenges. You will apply your problem-solving skills to tackle strategic priorities within a fast-paced environment.

Experience
- Proven experience managing change projects successfully, ideally within local government or a similar sector
- Sound knowledge of programme and project management methodologies

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Good understanding of local government services delivered to children and young people
- Awareness of current issues and challenges related to reform and transformation in children’s services
