Development of a robust Data Analytics team for the Trust. To lead and be accountable for a section of Senior Data Analysts in managing and monitoring the analytical needs of the mental health, community and primary care services in the Trust. Able to respond in a flexible and timely manner to all information requirements by the Trust, Commissioners and external partners where appropriate. Ensure all operational deadlines for the delivery of performance reports to both internal and external stakeholders are met. Accountable for the delivery of efficient and effective reporting for mental health, community health and primary care which can adapt to both changes in national and local policies, and locally driven trust service requirements.
