About the Role

The Heart, Lung & Critical Care (HLCC) finance team is seeking an experienced finance leader to join as Deputy Head of Finance. You will lead the month-end process, support financial planning, and be the key finance contact for complex and contentious issues. This position is ideal for someone with significant business partnering experience in a complex acute care environment seeking a challenging leadership opportunity.

The Clinical Group has an annual turnover of £750m and 4,900 staff, delivering outpatient, diagnostic, inpatient, and critical care services. The role offers the chance to contribute to a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team within a world-renowned NHS trust known for clinical excellence, research, and education.
