About the Role
As a Deputy Restaurant General Manager at The Cadogan, you will join a dedicated Food & Beverage team who support each other, the property, and our guests. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your management skills and be part of the future of luxury hospitality.

Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring and managing guest complaints to ensure satisfaction, administering training programs, preparing staff schedules, and handling inventory effectively. You will supervise the efficient operation of departments and assigned shifts, as well as oversee the opening and closing of the restaurant.

The Cadogan, A Belmond Hotel, is a historic and refined property located at the crossroads of Chelsea, Knightsbridge, and Belgravia. With 54 rooms and suites, the hotel blends rich history with contemporary luxury, offering guests a unique and welcoming experience. The hotel features Willett’s, a British bistro and bar serving seasonal produce and classic dishes in a warm setting, and The Drawing Room, an elegant space open from morning until late, welcoming guests for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and expertly crafted drinks.

Experience
Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or food and beverage sector.
