As Deputy Team Manager in the Children with Disabilities team, you will provide leadership and management to social workers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality professional practice and positive outcomes for children and their families. Your responsibilities will include providing advice and guidance on contacts and referrals, monitoring allocated cases, supervising social workers with caseloads of approximately 20 cases, and ensuring safeguarding remains the focus of the team's work. You will also manage budgets effectively, support social workers during care proceedings, and foster strong partnership working with a broad range of professionals and agencies.

Experience
Proven experience as a qualified, SWE registered social worker with management skills and the ability to deliver high standards of professional practice. Experience supervising social workers and managing caseloads is essential.
