About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Adoption Manager to lead the team supporting Enfield in embracing digital, data and AI-enabled ways of working. You will collaborate with senior leaders, frontline services and specialist teams to transform innovation into measurable improvements for residents and staff. Leading Business Analysts and Change Managers, you will help one of London's largest boroughs adopt new technology, redesign services around user needs and realise the full value of digital, data and AI investments.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of local government by working across the organisation to improve, modernise and adapt services. You will identify where change can make the greatest impact, support colleagues through transformation and embed new capabilities into everyday practice.

Working closely with Directors, Heads of Service and operational teams, you will improve processes, increase efficiency and help deliver better outcomes for residents. You will also build and develop a high-performing team of Business Analysts and Change Managers who are critical to delivering change across the council.

Key responsibilities include leading and developing your team, partnering with services to identify improvement opportunities, driving adoption of digital and AI-enabled ways of working, leading business change initiatives, ensuring benefits realisation from transformation programmes, building strong stakeholder relationships, championing user-centred improvement, supporting sustainable service redesign and providing leadership and challenge to transformation teams.

Experience
- Proven experience leading teams delivering business change, digital transformation or service improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Track record of delivering measurable outcomes and benefits.
- Experience building and developing high-performing teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences from frontline teams to senior leaders.
- Experience working across organisational and professional boundaries.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills.

You have a collaborative approach and a passion for helping organisations embrace new opportunities through digital, data and technology.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in change management, digital transformation or related fields are desirable but not explicitly required.
